Rosey apples are a tangy sweet and sour boiled sweet which will take you back to a time on hopscotch and skipping rope with your friends.
As with all of our boiled sweets, we really do make sure that they taste just like they used to. We'd hate for you to pop one in your mouth and be let down. We've tried so many versions of this sweet and found this recipe to to be the closest thing to what you would have tasted all those years ago.
